Dr. Kara Noe ~
Dr. Kara Noe is a licensed naturopathic physician in the state of Oregon and medical director at Good Health Naturopathic Medical Center. Dr. Kara graduated with honors from the University of Bridgeport College of Naturopathic Medicine (UBCNM) with a doctorate in naturopathic medicine. During her time at UBCNM, she focused her training in the treatment of autoimmune disease, women’s health, GI health, and underwent elective training in IV nutrient therapy.
Dr. Kara is an active member of the American Association of Naturopathic Physicians (AANP) and the Oregon Association of Naturopathic Physicians (OANP). She is well educated in the most up to date conventional diagnostic and treatment techniques, and is dedicated to keeping an intense focus on the naturopathic medical treatments available to treat any condition, from the common cold to chronic diseases, without relying heavily on pharmaceuticals and other conventional treatments.
Dr. Kara utilizes a variety of diagnostic testing and treatments in her practice such as vitamin and mineral therapy, clinical nutrition, botanical medicine, homeopathy, hydrotherapy, and lifestyle counseling. Dr. Kara treats teens and adults with special interest in thyroid health, autoimmune disease, chronic fatigue, and GI health. Most importantly, she will take the time to really listen and work together to decide on the best approach to treatment.

Dr. Kara's lifelong love of the west coast brought her to Portland where she decided to open her private practice, Good Health Naturopathic Medical Center. In her free time, Dr. Kara enjoys spending time with friends and family, sipping tea, writing, improving her yoga practice, and hiking with her dog, Turner.
